The scope of works involved the delivery of Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls (EI&C) maintenance and project services to support the safe and reliable operation of site assets. This included planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as the execution of EI&C project works.

Key activities included the calibration, loop checking, installation, and commissioning of instruments, electrical inspections and general electrical installations, and instrumentation-related valve stroke checks. The team also completed HV switching and isolations, equipment functionality testing, pump repairs and maintenance, and fault finding and programming of ABB PLC and DCS systems.

A structured 12-monthly preventative maintenance program was implemented to improve asset reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support ongoing operational performance.
